Exe AI

Privacy Policy

Short, because there is little to tell.

This website does not track you. No analytics, no advertising, no tracking cookies, no social media embeds.

Controller. Christian Brunner, Friedhofstraße 7 1/2, 85129 Oberdolling, Germany — dev@exe-hq.net (see the Legal Notice).
Hosting. This site is served from our own server in Germany, not from a cloud provider. No content delivery network sits in between.
Server logs. When you visit this site, the web server processes the technical data your browser sends (IP address, time, requested page, user agent) to deliver the page and to keep the service secure — our legitimate interest under Art. 6 (1) f GDPR. Logs are kept briefly and then deleted; they are never used to identify visitors.
External links. Links to GitHub lead to a third-party site with its own privacy policy. Following them is your choice — this site loads nothing from third parties: no fonts, no scripts, no images from elsewhere.
E-mail. If you write to us, we process your address and message to answer you (Art. 6 (1) b GDPR) and keep the exchange no longer than needed.
Support form. When you send the form on the Support page, your name, email address, topic and message are transmitted to Web3Forms (web3forms.com), which forwards them to us by email. We use them only to answer you (Art. 6 (1) b GDPR). Nothing is sent before you press the button.
Your rights. Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
And the program itself? Exe AI runs on your machine and keeps your data there. What the software does and does not send is described on the start page under Privacy.
